Lucknow : Land, houses, shops will now become expensive and expensive in UP’s capital Lucknow. The new DM Circle Rate has been released after 10 years. After removing objections, it will be implemented from August 1. The new DM Circle Rate has increased by up to 15 per cent on agricultural land, 25 on commercial and 20 per cent on multi -storey buildings. The shop, office and warehouse have been increased by an average of 20 per cent.

Earlier in 2015, when the new circle was fixed at 15 per cent on agricultural land, 25 on commercial and 20 per cent in multi -storey buildings, there were some places where the rates of shops, offices and warehouses were low. This time it has been overcome by considering it as an anomaly. The rates of such places have been increased by 40 percent. Now they have equality.

These are important changes

Non -agricultural plots and buildings, which have any commercial activity in the boundary, will increase the price of 20 percent after determining the rate of such plots and buildings. This means that if there is a shop, warehouse etc. of any non-agricultural plot, then the buyer will have to pay 20 percent more price. If someone sells it, the evaluation of the land will be increased by 50 percent at the prescribed non -agricultural rate. There has been no change in the current rate of fruitful and fruitful tree in agricultural land. The rate that was earlier will remain in force.

The suggestions and objections to the rates proposed can be given in the office of all sub -Registrar offices, Assistant Inspector General Registration from 10 am to 5 am from July 2 to 17. District Magistrate Visakh ji said that the city has developed extensively in the last decade. The segment roads have been converted. Whatever objections or suggestions can be given through mail or directly to the concerned officer’s office.
