Too Much is the latest romantic comedy set to grace Netflix, with viewers eager to learn more about the Megan Stalter-led series.

Conceived by Girls' creator Lena Dunham, Too Much follows Jessica (portrayed by Megan Stalter) as she leaves her American life behind to embark on a job in London following a heart-wrenching split.

However, it's not long before she encounters Felix (Will Sharpe), who adds a dash of excitement to her tranquil UK retreat.

Too Much is set to premiere on Thursday, July 10, on Netflix, meaning the wait for this romcom to hit our screens is nearly over.

The full 10-episode series will be released all at once, allowing fans to indulge in a weekend binge-watch of Too Much.

Too Much's tumultuous protagonist is played by Hacks actress and comedian Megan Stalter, who gained popularity through social media.

She is joined by The White Lotus and A Real Pain actor Will Sharpe, who plays musician and love interest Felix.

Sleepless in Seattle's Rita Wilson takes on the role of Jess' mother Lois, while Death of a Unicorn's Richard E Grant portrays Jess' boss Jonno, with The Impossible actress Naomi Watts as his wife Ann.

Adding to the anticipation for Too Much is the plethora of other famous faces appearing throughout the series, including Fleabag's Andrew Scott, The Fantastic Four actress Jessica Alba, singer Rita Ora, Stephen Fry and Jennifer Saunders, among others.

What is Too Much on Netflix about?

Jess is left devastated when her boyfriend of seven years calls it quits and begins seeing a knitwear influencer.

Given the opportunity to relocate to the UK for work, she seizes it, only to find herself not in a picturesque country manor but a typical London estate.

However, her fortunes take a turn for the better when she encounters musician Felix, with their chemistry being palpable from the outset.

Despite this, Jess can't help but undermine their budding romance. But will this truly ruin her relationship with Felix, or could it potentially draw them closer together?
