Method of making chili cheese: First of all add maida, cornflour, salt and pepper powder to a large bowl.
Slowly, make a thick solution by adding water. Wrap the paneer pieces thoroughly in it.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cheese on medium flame till it becomes golden and crisp. Take out the fried cheese on the kitchen towel so that excess oil is removed.
Leave some oil in the same pan and heat it.
Add finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chili in hot oil and fry for a minute.
Now add square chopped onion and capsicum and fry it on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Do not cook them too much, there should be light crunch.
Lift the heat and add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup and vinegar. Mix well.
Add salt and pepper powder. Keep in mind that the sauce also contains salt.
Dissolve the cornflor in water and mix in the sauce. Keep stirring continuously so that the lumps do not fall.
If you want a chile chili cheese with gravy, add 1/2 cup of water, otherwise do not add less or water for dry chili cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens.
When the sauce becomes thick, add fried cheese pieces and mix well so that there is a good coating of the sauce on the cheese.
Cook for a minute and turn off the gas.
