The path to jobs in Uttar Pradesh is going to be easier now. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken a big step to provide employment to the youth. Now the system of reservation has been implemented in recruitments through outsourcing. That is, poor youth of SC, ST, OBC and general category will also get reservation in jobs. This arrangement will be done through Uttar Pradesh Outsource Service Corporation (UPSSSC).

What is Uttar Pradesh Outsource Service Corporation?

Uttar Pradesh Outsource Service Corporation (UPSSSC) is a platform created by the government, through which employees will be appointed for the required posts in various departments, offices and institutions of the state. Till now outsourcing was done from different agencies, due to which there was lack of transparency and reservation was ignored. But now this entire process will be done through a single government portal, which will ensure both transparency and justice in the system.

All categories will get a chance

The government has now decided that the same reservation will be followed in outsourcing recruitments as is done in permanent government jobs. This means that candidates from Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes and economically weaker general category will also get reservation according to their category.

Lakhs of youth of Uttar Pradesh, who till now were dependent on private agencies for jobs and were left behind due to lack of transparency, will now get a direct and clear opportunity. Where will the recruitments be done?

Under this service corporation, recruitments will be done through outsourcing in various departments like health, education, municipal corporation, water corporation, electricity department, transport, and district level offices. These can include posts like clerk, data entry operator, fourth class employee, helper, security guard, driver etc.
