Indian Navy has released the official notification for recruitment to Group-B and Group-C posts. If you also want to work in Indian Navy, then this is a golden opportunity for you. Actually Indian Navy has released advertisement for recruitment to a total of 1110 posts including Staff Nurse, Chargeman, Pest Control Worker, Multi Tasking Staff. The application process for these posts will start from 05 July. Also, interested and eligible candidates can apply online for recruitment to various posts of Group-B and Group-C till 11.50 pm on 18 July. Age limit

To apply for these posts, the minimum age of the candidates has been fixed as 18 years and maximum age as 50 years according to the post. Age relaxation will also be provided to candidates of certain categories. Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates will be given five years relaxation and OBC candidates will be given three years relaxation in age limit.

Application fee

Candidates will have to pay the fee online to appear in the recruitment examination of Group-B and Group-C. The application fee for general category, OBC and EWS candidates has been fixed at Rs 295, while Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe and female candidates have been given exemption in application fee.

Essential Qualification

To apply for Group-B and Group-C posts in Indian Navy, candidates should have obtained a degree in class 10th, 12th and graduation (Science, Physics and Chemistry) from a recognized institute of India. Apart from this, candidates must also have other prescribed eligibility as per the post.

Selection will be done like this

Candidates will be selected through screening application and written examination. In the written exam, candidates will be asked multiple choice type questions of 100 marks from General Intelligence, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English subjects. The duration of the written exam has been fixed at 90 minutes.

How much salary will be given

Candidates selected for Group-B and Group-C posts will be given pay scale as per the post. The minimum salary for the candidates has been fixed at Rs 18,000 per month and the maximum salary at Rs 1,12,400.
