Banana is not just a fruit, but a kind of probiotic superfood for your stomach. It contains plenty of fibre, which accelerates metabolism and improves digestion. But do you know that eating some things after a banana can spoil your digestive system?

Yes, if some wrong things are eaten after eating a banana, it can cause gas, acidity, indigestion and bloating problems. Let’s know those 3 things that should not be eaten at all after eating bananas.

1. Do not eat curd after banana
Both banana and curd are healthy in themselves, but should not be eaten together. These together can make a heavy probiotic mixture, which can cause stomach acidity, gas and indigestion. Especially in summer, its effect is even greater.

2. Lentils and Banana – Harmful Combination for Health
If you eat lentils after a banana, it may affect your stomach. The fibre present in the banana can cause bloating and abdominal pain in collaboration with lentil protein. This can slow the protein metabolism, which is not right for digestion.

3. Tea after banana? Forget!
Taking both tea and banana together means a direct attack on the digestive system. This combination can cause constipation, acidity and heaviness. So either avoid tea after eating a banana, or avoid eating a banana after drinking tea.

Then what should we do?
Eat other things only 30-45 minutes after eating a banana.

Take light and digestive things like lukewarm water or lemonade.

If your stomach is sensitive, never mix bananas with curd, lentils or tea.
