UP Rojgar Mela: To connect the youth with employment in Uttar Pradesh, employment fairs will be organized in all the districts between July 12 and 14. This initiative is being taken under the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) before the 'World Youth Skills Day' (July 15).

Will get a chance for direct recruitment

An official statement issued on Saturday said that local industries will participate in these fairs, and the youth will get direct recruitment opportunities. Nodal officers are being appointed by the District Magistrate to prepare for these employment fairs in the districts.

Along with employment fairs, skill training programs will also be organized, so that the youth can get the benefit of employment along with training.

Inspirational sessions and presentations will be organized.

Kapil Dev Agarwal, Minister of Independent Charge in the State's Vocational Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Department, said that in this program, success stories of skill development will be shared, there will be an exhibition of training centers, inspirational sessions, and cultural presentations.

In addition, successful trainees from the district will be felicitated and prominent representatives from the industry sector will also be recognised. Products made by students of training institutes will also be showcased at the exhibition.
