Very important news has come out for the students dreaming of doing BDS. A big update has come out for the students thinking of doing the BDS i.e., Bachelor of Dental Surgery course in Uttar Pradesh. The Department of Medical Education and Health has fixed the annual fees of all the private dental colleges in the state. Now, students and parents will be able to get complete information about the fees before choosing a college.

The most expensive college in the fees fixed this time has been Ghaziabad's ITS Dental College, where students will have to pay Rs 5 lakh 52 thousand 960 annually to do BDS course. It has become the most expensive dental college in the state.

These colleges have the lowest fees

If we talk about the cheapest dental education, then there are some colleges where students will have to spend only 2 lakh 93 thousand rupees annually for BDS course.

Process of fixing fees

The responsibility of fixing fees was handed over to an eight-member committee formed under the supervision of Principal Secretary of Medical Education Department, Parth Sarathi Sen Sharma. This committee has studied the existing facilities, resources and education level of a total of 19 private dental colleges in the state and fixed the fees of each college separately.

The complete list of fixed fees has also been uploaded on the official website of the Directorate General of Medical Education, so that students can get information in time.

The government has fixed not only the tuition fees but also separate fees for hostel and food so that students do not have to face any kind of financial uncertainty.
