Fans were left baffled after Liam Gallagher reportedly had a hard time remembering his own lyrics during the Oasis reunion tour. The Gallagher brothers made their much-anticipated return to the stage last weekend for their epic reunion tour after 16 years.

But after launching the 41-date Live '25 Tour at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on Friday (July 4), fans were taken aback when they spotted the musician, 52, appearing to rely on a teleprompter. Images of the bizarre moment began to circulate online as Oasis launched into their second track of the night - legendary B-side Acquiesce as the Britpop group performed to 74,000 anorak-clad fans. The prompter may have prevented him from looking silly as the band brought the house down on their 23-track setlist encompassing all their greatest hits.

Emotional Oasis fans struggled to hold back tears as they witnessed Liam - who recently revealed his real name to fans - and Noel reunite on stage for the first time since their famous split back in Paris, 2009.

Loyal fans of the iconic band were blown away after the reunion tour kicked off, with the pair delivering and electrifying set, packed with energy and nostalgia. On Saturday night (July 5), Noel, 58, and Liam put on a united front as they walked out on stage holding hands for their second gig.

And it was clearly too much for some of their dedicated fans, who burst into tears as they made their infamous return, with some fans branding it the 'dad's version' of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour.

In videos that had since raked up hundreds of thousands of views on social media, people have shared footage of the men in their lives getting emotional moments into their opening songs.

Kicking off the show, Liam and Noel walked out with their arms wrapped around each other in a sweet display of unity, before the proudly gazed upon the crowds, who erupted into rounds of deafening applause.

Sites such as viagogo, Stubhub, and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that ticket conditions often prohibit resale after initial purchase. Those tickets may not be valid for admittance to gigs.

Fans intending to buy tickets for live events through resale websites should check the ticket terms and conditions, to confirm whether resale is prohibited, before they buy. Ticket terms and conditions can be checked with the original seller, such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation. If resale is prohibited, tickets bought second-hand could be voided and admission to the event refused.

As the masses gathered for the opening show in Wales, Liam said: "Manchester vibes in the area" before he kicked off the show with the song Hello, which served as the opening track for their 1995 album What's The Story (Morning Glory).

They then went into Acquiesce - a song from their first 1995 album, which was followed by Morning Glory - the titular song of the second studio album.

Among the 75,000 cheering fans were a slew of famous faces who added a touch of glamour to the Welsh capital to take in what has been described as a "monumental" weekend for British music.

Hollywood star Sienna Miller revealed she had bagged tickets to both of the Cardiff gigs, hailing Friday's gig as the "greatest show I've ever seen".

Speaking to the Mirror on Saturday, the actress joked the concert was "aright" before confessing: "It's the greatest show I've ever seen. The love and the nostalgia and the joy, its like saving the world."
