Arsenal attacker Gabriel Martinelli appears to be calm over his future at the Emirates Stadium following reports of a possible North London exit this summer. The 24-year-old posted to social media ahead of the return of pre-season for the Gunners with Mikel Arteta's side looking to challenge for the Premier League title again.
Last season, Martinelli managed eight goals and four assists in 33 Premier League outings as they finished second in the table behind eventual winners Liverpool. It was the third time in as many seasons that the North London club couldn't successfully mount a challenge after failing to usurp Manchester City before Arne Slot claimed title success in his debut season.
Reports have emerged that Martinelli faces an uncertain future at the Emirates Stadium as he enters the final two years of his contract in the capital. It was claimed that Al Nassr were considering making a £73million bid for the forward.

However, Fabrizio Romano has posted to his social media to dispel the reports of a lucrative move to the Saudi Pro League.
"Gabriel Martinelli will not join Al Nassr despite links with [an] immediate move," he wrote.
"Al Nassr have not even started talks for Martinelli, club focused on different targets and no talks with Arsenal.
"Martinelli, fully focused on Arsenal project despite the links with a move and appreciation from many clubs. No advanced talks with Al Nassr or any other side."
Despite the speculation surrounding his future, Martinelli appears to be calm surrounding the situation at the Emirates Stadium.
Taking to Instagram, Martinelli posted: "Making memories [red heart emoji]," with a carousel of pictures from his off-season break.
In one of the pictures, there is a squad-like image with some of his friends with the large majority wearing Arsenal strips.
He will return to first-team training with Arsenal as they gear up for a gruelling pre-season schedule, which includes a trip to Asia, before they kick off their Premier League campaign with a trip to Manchester United.
The Arsenal manager spoke highly of Martinelli during the absence of Bukayo Saka through injury last December.
"He [Martinelli] had a big impact in the game [against Palace] and like other players, everyone is going to have to add something else because Bukayo, who we rely a lot on, is not going to be with us," said Arteta.
"Gabi loves it. Gabi, you put him a challenge and he wants to do it today if he can.
"So, I think he's a player that likes responsibility, that likes a bigger role. So, again, it's for all of them up front to take responsibility now."
