According to the latest ICC Test rankings of the batsmen, the emerging England batsman Harry Brook has secured the first place with 886 ratings, Brook Birmingham had a brilliant innings of 158 runs in the first innings of the second Test against India in Brook Birmingham, while Jo Root has slipped to second.
