Lucknow: Adm Arvind Kumar Singh, A 2012 Batch PCS Officer, was suspended on tuesday with immediative effect for not joining in deoria on his transfer, reports dynamite news correspondent.

Arvind Kumar was posted as adm fr in bijnor for the last three years. After a long posting, he was transferred from bijnor to deoria. His Transfer Order was issued on 30 May. He was shifted to deoria as adm finance and revenue.

Adm Judicial Vanya Singh has been given the charge of Adm Finance and Revenue Bijnor in place of Arvind Kumar.

Even after more than a month of his transfer, Arvind Kumar has not shown any interest in going from bijnor to deoria. When he did not join deoria even after a long time, he was finally suspended.
