There is good news for women and girls looking for government jobs after passing the 12th. The Yogi government has taken another important step to promote women's empowerment in Uttar Pradesh. 3200 women conductors will be recruited on a contract basis in the Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation. Rojgar fairs will be organized in various districts of the state from July 15 to July 25 for UP Roadways Women Conductor Recruitment. Minister of State for Transport Dayashankar Singh said that there is a plan to recruit a total of 5000 women conductors, out of which appointments have been completed on 1800 posts in the first phase.

Sarkari Naukri 2025: Women will get jobs in their district
Keeping in mind the convenience of women candidates, the Yogi government has ensured that the selected women are appointed in the depot of their home district. These women conductors appointed on contract will get a salary as per the rates fixed for drivers and conductors. Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh said that this initiative will not only provide employment to women but will also strengthen their economic and social status.

UP Roadways Bharti 2025: Who can apply, and how will the selection be done?

For conductor recruitment, it is mandatory for the female candidate to have passed the 12th from any recognized board. Also, there should be a CCC certificate. Selection will be done through merit based on educational qualification. Apart from this, candidates having NCC B Certificate, NSS, Bharat Scout Guide State Award, or President's Award will be given a weightage of 5 percent. Also, women associated with Uttar Pradesh National Rural Livelihood Mission or UP Skill Development Mission will be given priority.

UP Rojgar Mela 2025: When and where will the employment fair be held?

Rojgar Mela for women conductor posts will be organized in various districts of the state, the schedule of which has also been released.

18 July – Ghaziabad, Aligarh, Bareilly, Ayodhya, and Varanasi
22 July – Meerut, Etawah, Hardoi, Devipatan, and Azamgarh
25 July – Noida, Agra, Moradabad, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Saharanpur, Jhansi, Kanpur, Chitrakootdham, Banda, and Prayagraj
Female candidates participating in the job fair for this recruitment will have to carry all the documents, including 12th mark sheet and certificate, passport size photo, Aadhar card or PAN.
