Recently, Lovelyz member Lee Mijoo uploaded a video on her online social media channel, where she shared her views on marriage and babies and even talked about what she has planned for the future so far.
Mijoo shares her thoughts on marriage
During the video that was uploaded on the idol’s channel, Mijoo revealed what she really thought about marriage and babies. The idol, once finding out that one of the production staff members got married at an early age, was shocked. She shared that she was envious, as well as curious about meeting her partner as well.
She expressed her wish to settle down and start a family of her own, sharing that she was looking forward to meeting her forever someone, as well as having children who take after her, too! She added that “I actually really want to get married. I’m so curious about what my babies would look like, and I wonder who I’ll end up with… My ‘person.’”
What is Mijoo looking for in a partner?
The idol did not directly indicate what she would be looking for in a potential partner butstill managed to drop some hints throughout the video. She pointed towards how she prefers organic conversations when compared to blind dates in the modern world.
She also shared that she is much more into younger men than older men as well. Another major point for her is that she wishes to find someone who can drink as much as her. While talking about her experience with a past relationship, the idol shared that “Since I drink, it’s a turn-off when my partner doesn’t. I once dated someone who didn’t understand why I drink.”
Earlier this year, it was reported that Mijoo had officially broken up with her now ex-boyfriend, soccer player Song Bum Keun. The two had been publicly together for the past nine months, and the breakup news that dropped in January earlier this year shocked fans and netizens alike.
