One of the biggest telecom operators in India, Bharti Airtel also provides broadband internet services alongside their mobile postpaid and prepaid services. Let me share tips and tricks with you on how to save a decent amount on your mobile recharge, broadband bills, and DTH recharges. Many users are unaware of the fact that they can get cashbacks of up to 25% on every recharge.
In collaboration with Axis Bank, Airtel introduced the Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card. The remarkable feature of this card is that it allows you to earn gigantic cashback rewards on utility payments such as recharges. If you are looking for savings on Airtel recharges, then this card will work wonders for you. Other Telco recharges are eligible for discount as well.
Subscribers will benefit from recharge only through Airtel Thanks App and when paying with Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card, then 25 percent flat cashback will apply for Airtel services and 10 percent on other recharges. The cashback which takes 60 days to process instantly becomes part of the credit statement for the user.
With a credit card, there is an added benefit of paying through Zomato, Swiggy and Bigbasket where customers receive 10 percent off. In addition, 1 percent fuel surcharge is waived as well. Thus savings will not only be made on recharges, but also food delivery and grocery shopping as well.
Axis Bank’s website or the Airtel Thanks App are both places where you can apply for this card if you are qualified. Its yearly charge is 500, but if your expenditure crosses 2 lakh in a year, then the charge resets to zero. Other than this, a saving of 500 or greater is very much achievable.
