Indian cricket team veteran Sachin Tendulkar arrived to watch the match of the third Grand Slam Wimbledon of the year. Sachin has shared a picture on his social media account in which he is seen with Swiss tennis veteran Roger Federer. Wimbledon has also shared a picture on his X account on Sachin’s tennis court.

Other players including Kohli-Bumrah also joined

Prior to Sachin, some other players of the Indian team including Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Jaspreet Bumrah and Rishabh Pant also came to see Wimbledon. The Indian team is currently on a tour of England and the third Test match is being played at Lord’s ground in London. On the first day of the Lord’s Test, Sachin also came to watch the match and started the first day’s game by ringing the bell.

While sharing a picture of Sachin, Wimbledon wrote, ‘Little Master Center came to the court. Welcome to Wimbledon. Nice to meet you.’ Sachin also shared a picture with Federer and Byorn Borg and wrote, “What can be more sweet than strawberries and creams in Wimbledon? Get yourself between Grand Slam winners.”

MCC gave gift to Sachin

Sachin came to see the first day of the third Test match between India and England and during this time the Merillabone Cricket Club (MCC) gave him a special gift. The master-blaster went to the MCC Museum before the Lord’s Test. There was a collection of his old pictures here. Sachin unveiled a special picture of his. After this, he took part in the ritual of ringing the bell and gave the message of the match starting.
