For this, they just have to fill their name, PIN code and an alternative mobile number. After this, the option will be found that the SIM needs for itself, for a family member or acquaintance. This feature is available for both prepaid and postpaid connections.
As soon as customers fill the details on the website, an OTP is sent to the alternative mobile number given by them. After entering the OTP, the KYC process is completed and the delivery of the SIM card begins.
BSNL has issued a helpline number 1800-180-1503 for customers’ convenience. Customers can get a solution to any problem by calling this number.
BSNL is currently expanding its 4G and 5G networks across India. The company aims to start 1 lakh 4G sites across the country soon.
