For this, they neither need to go anywhere nor to be in line at any shop. The special thing is that this facility has started at a time when BSNL has also launched its 5G service soft in Hyderabad.

Easy Order Process with Self-Kyc

BSNL has launched a special website to make the SIM card home delivery process more comfortable: https://sancharaadhaar.bsnl.co.in/bsnlskyc/Customers can complete the Self-KYC process by visiting this portal. For this, they just have to fill their name, PIN code and an alternative mobile number. After this, the option will be found that the SIM needs for itself, for a family member or acquaintance. This feature is available for both prepaid and postpaid connections.

How does this system work?

As soon as customers fill the details on the website, an OTP is sent to the alternative mobile number given by them. After entering the OTP, the KYC process is completed and the delivery of the SIM card begins.

BSNL has issued a helpline number 1800-180-1503 for customers’ convenience. Customers can get a solution to any problem by calling this number.

Demand increased from 5G launch and cheap plans

BSNL is currently expanding its 4G and 5G networks across India. The company aims to start 1 lakh 4G sites across the country soon. Also, in some cities, Q-5G FWA service has also been started, which has an initial price ₹ 999 per month and it gets a high-speed internet facility of 100 Mbps. Due to the cheap and affordable recharge plans of BSNL, consumers are rapidly getting attracted to its SIM cards, especially when it is giving more affordable options than private companies.
