The countdown of Indian astronaut Shubhunu Shukla’s return to earth has begun. Shubhunu is set to depart on the earth on Monday. Shubhanshu has been present at the International Space Station (ISS) with his other three other colleagues for the last 3 days. All of them have gone there under the ‘Axiom-2’ campaign. Shukla is the second Indian astronaut to go to space after the journey of Rakesh Sharma in 1979. He and his colleague astronauts will sit in the Dragon space at two in the afternoon according to Indian time and leave for a return journey after two hours.

Axiom Space will come at this time

In a statement, the Axom Space said that the time of unodoking from ISS has not been fixed at 1.5 in the morning (at 2pm according to Indian time). After the earth’s 1.5 -hour journey, the crew is likely to land at the coast of California at 9am according to the Central Time (at 5pm on Tuesday by the Indian time). On Sunday, 3 astronauts of the mission organized a traditional message for Axiom-4 crew, including Shukla, Commander Pegie Vitson and Mission Specialist Poland’s Slavos Uzannsky-Visnavsky and Hungary’s Tibor Kapu.

Passion

After more than four decades, India, Poland and Hungary will return to the space. At a message on the ISS on Sunday, Shukla said, ‘Let’s meet on earth soon. Dragon spacecraft from ISS will be separated under a completely automatic system. After anadocking, the dragon engine will go through some processes for the required energy so that it can safely keep itself away from ISS and start the re -entering process. The final preparation involves the dissolution of the capsule pod and keeping the heat armor in the right direction before the atmospheric entrance. During this time, the vessel will face a temperature of about 5 degrees Celsius.

Will be deployed in two phases

The parachute will be deployed in two phases – the first parachute deployed at a height of about 2.5 km and then deployed at a height of about two kilometers. The spacecraft is likely to land on the coast of California for about 1.5 hours after anadocking, and space capsules will be returned by special ships. Shukla had visited his ideal Rakesh Sharma in space three years ago and told him what India looks like.
