Bank of Baroda Savings Scheme: Bank of Baroda is giving excellent returns on savings accounts, which is beneficial for the customers. Although the interest rates of fixed deposits (FDs) have come down after the RBI cut the repo rate by 1%, the FD rates of Bank of Baroda still remain attractive, making it a good option for investment.

Bank of Baroda, the second-largest government bank in the country, is giving interest rates of 3.50% to 7.20% on FDs to customers. Depositing Rs 1 lakh in a special FD scheme of this bank gives a fixed interest of Rs 15,114.

Bank of Baroda is giving interest up to 7.20 percent on FD-

Bank of Baroda offers FDs from 7 days to 10 years. This government bank gives 3.50% to 4.00% interest on FDs of 7-14 days. It's a 444-day special FD scheme that offers the highest interest rate of 6.60% to 7.20%.

Bank of Baroda is offering 6.50% to 7.00% interest on FDs of 1 year duration. Apart from this, general citizens are getting 6.50%, senior citizens are getting 7.00% and very senior citizens are getting 7.10% interest on FDs of 2 years duration.

On depositing Rs 1,00,000, you will get fixed interest of Rs 15,114-
If you are a general citizen and deposit Rs 1 lakh in a 2-year FD in Bank of Baroda, then on maturity, you will get a total of Rs 1,13,763, which includes Rs 13,763 of interest. If you are a senior citizen and deposit Rs 1 lakh in a 2-year FD in Bank of Baroda, then on maturity, you will get a total of Rs 1,14,888, which includes Rs 14,888 of interest.

On a 2-year FD of Rs 1 lakh in Bank of Baroda, general citizens will get a total of Rs 1,13,763 on maturity, which includes Rs 13,763 of interest. At the same time, senior citizens (senior citizen fd rates) will get Rs 1,14,888, of which Rs 14,888 will be received as interest. Senior citizens get higher interest rates.

Similarly, if you are a very senior citizen (above 80 years of age) and deposit Rs 1 lakh in a 2-year FD in Bank of Baroda (Bank Of Baroda FD Rates), then on maturity you will get a total of Rs 1,15,114, which includes Rs 15,114 of interest.
