The first allotment list of CSAS 2025 will be released on July 19, 2025, at 5 pm. After this, the students will have to accept the allotted college and course within the stipulated time.

The process of admission to graduation courses in the University (DU) is in full swing. This time also admissions in the university are being done under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS), in which students have to select their preferred course and college online. Many improvements have been made to make the CSAS process transparent and data based, which aims to give the most suitable college-course combination to the students based on their merit and options.

Simulated Rank released on July 15

On the evening of July 15, 2025, DU has released Simulated Ranks on the dashboard of all the students. This rank is based on the options that the students filled on the CSAS portal by the last deadline of July 14. This time the university received a record 5.75 crore preferences, which are based on a total of 1549 unique course-college combinations. Let us tell you that Simulated Ranks only show which college and course the students can get at which rank. These should not be considered final. Their purpose is to give students a chance to reconsider their selection, so that they can manage their choice better before the actual allotment.

When is the last date to change the choice?

On the CSAS portal, students can update, change or reorder their choices till 16 July 2025 at 11:59 pm. In this, it is necessary to press the Save button after every small change, otherwise the changes will not be valid. This option gives the students the last chance to strategically decide their course-college priority.

When will the first allotment list of CSAS come?

The first allotment list of CSAS 2025 will be released on July 19, 2025 at 5 pm. After this, the students will have to accept the allotted college and course within the stipulated time. Also, the process of document verification and fee payment will also start.

Trials will also start for ECA and Sports quota

DU has also included admission under Extra Curricular Activities (ECA), Sports and CW (Children/Widows of Armed Forces Personnel) quota in the process this time.

ECA trials will start from July 18, 2025.
