Patna. The Bihar government has introduced a very useful and modern facility through the Department of Land Reforms and Revenue, under which now citizens of the state can get a map of their village or city land (land carrier) at home. This service has brought a lot of relief to the people living in rural and remote areas, who had to go round the government offices for the first map.
Now the map will be available in just 72 hours
According to the data released by the government, home delivery of about 1,71,932 revenue maps has been successfully done in the last one year. Under this initiative, a person can ask for a map at his home within 72 hours by paying a fixed fee of only ₹ 150 per shit. This feature not only saves time but also promotes transparency and accountability.
