UP Gramin Bank Vacancy: Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank has released recruitment for the posts of BC Supervisor. Under this recruitment process, interested and eligible candidates will have to apply in offline mode. The last date of application is 29 July 2025. The target of this recruitment drive is to fill 92 posts.

Educational Qualifications for Young Applicants
The minimum educational qualification of young candidates applying for the post of BC Supervisor should be a graduation, and basic computer knowledge is also required. The age of the candidate should be at least 21 years and a maximum of 45 years as on 30 September 2025. Candidates holding higher degrees like M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA will be given preference.

Eligibility for Retired Bank Officers
Retired bank officers have also been given a chance in the recruitment process. Those officers will be eligible for this who have retired from any rural bank or nationalized/scheduled bank. The age of such a candidate should be less than 65 years on 30 September 2025. Also, they must have at least 3 years of rural banking experience.

Work and honorarium will be available on the contract.

Selection for these posts will be done on a one-year contract. Selected candidates will be given a fixed honorarium of Rs 15,000 per month. In addition, a variable honorarium of Rs 1,000 to Rs 3,000 per month will also be given based on their performance.

Selection on the basis of merit

There will be no written examination or interview of any kind in this recruitment. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their educational qualification, experience and merit list as per the prescribed criteria.
