Previously, a song from the film, ‘Pehla tu duja tu’was shared by the makers. It featured Ajay dancing only through his fingers, which grabbed attention on social media.

The 2012 film was a remake of SS Rajamouli’s Telugu film Maryada ramanna (2010) and told the story of Jaswinder, played by Ajay, who falls in love with Sukhmit, played by Sonakshi Sinha, which leads to an angry exchange between him and her family. It was directed by Ashwini Dhir and also starred Sanjay Dutt.

Presented by Jio Studios and Devgn Films, Son of Sardaar 2 is produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, NR Pachisia, and Pravin Talreja, and co-produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak. It is set to be released in theatres on July 25.
