4 ways to link Aadhaar-UAN
The following 4 methods are available to connect Aadhaar to UAN:
1. Through Umang App
Download the Umang App and choose EPFO → E-KYC services → Aadhaar Seeding option.
Enter your UAN and OTP, then add the base details.
The linking will be done immediately after OTP verification twice.
2. EPFO member through portal
Log in on the official portal of EPFO with UAN and password.
Manage → KYC → Choose Aadhaar option.
Enter the Aadhaar number and name, then save.
These details will go to the pending KYC, and after approval from the employer, they will appear in the approved KYC.
3. EPFO through E-KYC portal
Link UAN to Aadhaar, select the option.
Enter UAN and mobile number, then verify OTP.
Verify authenticity through OTP received on mobile or email, and the linking will be completed immediately.
4. Offline method
Go to the nearest EPFO office or CSC Common Service Center.
Fill the Aadhaar seeding application form and submit self-interest copies of UAN, Aadhaar and PAN.
After verification, the linking will be confirmed through SMS on mobile.
