Hyderabad: From intense thrillers to family dramas and feel-good documentaries, this week has turned into a goldmine for OTT viewers. With new releases in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English, major platforms like Prime Video, Netflix, JioHotstar, ZEE5, and Aha are offering something fresh for every kind of audience.
Prime Video: Regional and International Variety
Leading the pack is Prime Video, with the big-ticket film Kuberaa releasing in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. The platform also added the Kannada film Kuladalli Keelyavudo and the mysterious Oddity, which is available in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and English.
Hindi content on Prime Video sees the return of two youth-focused series: Romeo and Gutar Gu, both now in their third seasons. English audience can tune in to the much-awaited third season of The Summer I Turned Pretty and the new documentary Surf Girls International. The bilingual sci-fi series First Break Sphere (Hindi and English) adds an experimental flavour to the lineup.
JioHotstar: Thrills and True Crime
JioHotstar brings one of the most discussed thrillers this month: DNA, available in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. The second season of Special Ops is now out in Hindi and other regional languages, while English-language thrillers like Wish You Were Here and The Amateur cater to suspense lovers.
True crime and documentaries are gaining traction too, with The Idaho Student Murders and the 17th season of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia keeping English viewers engaged. Star Trek: Strange New World also returns with its third season.
ZEE5 Adds Regional Grit
ZEE5 brings in action with Bhairavam in Telugu and Hindi, and a slice of legal drama with the Tamil-language series Sattamum Needhiyum, marking its first season this month.

Telugu film lovers can catch Mastis on Aha, while Tamil audience get Manidhargal, streaming on both Aha Tamil and Sun NXT. Both stories focus on personal choices, emotional conflicts, and layered relationships.
Netflix’s Multilingual Movie Menu
Netflix continues to be a global favourite, but this month’s additions have a strong regional presence. Paddington in Peru, Untamed, and Wall to Wall are streaming in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and English.
