New Delhi | "Maa", a mythological horror film featuring Bollywood star Kajol in the lead role, has earned over Rs 50 crore gross at the worldwide box office, the makers announced on Saturday.
Directed by Vishal Furia, best known the projects such as "Lapachhapi", "Criminal Justice" and "Chhori", the film is written by Saiwyn Quadras and released in theatres worldwide on June 27.





Presented by Jio Studios and Devgn Films, the film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande and co-produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak.
The makers shared the box office numbers on the X handle. It had the film's poster with the breakdown of the collection.
The film's collection at the domestic box office nett is Rs 38.30 crore and the gross collection is Rs 45.19 crore.
It got Rs 6.45 crore overseas.
