Now a big update has come out regarding the Indian team. Indian fast bowler Arshdeep Singh is injured, so he has to leave the current series.

The fourth match of the 5-match Test series between India and England will be played in Manchester from July 23. Ahead of this match, there has been a big change in the Indian team. Fast bowler Arshdeep Singh got injured while practicing. In such a situation, he will not play the fourth Test match. Arshdeep Singh has injured the same hand with which he bowls. Fast bowler Anshul Kamboj has been included in the Test squad for India’s current tour of England.

The 24-year-old Kamboj was part of the India A team that played two three-day matches last month. He took five wickets in both the matches. The fast bowler has impressed everyone with his pace and hard bowling during the England tour. The Haryana bowler has taken 79 wickets in 24 first-class matches.

According to a report in the Indian Express, “Arshdeep has suffered a serious injury and has required stitches. It will take at least ten days for him to fully recover. The selectors have decided to include Kamboj in the squad.”

Arshdeep injured his hand while stopping Sai Sudarshan’s ball on a follow-through during the net session on Thursday. His hand has been stitched. In such a situation, his chances of playing in the fourth Test are slim. There is still suspense about Akash Deep’s availability. He is suffering from back pain. Akash Deep did not bowl in the net session organized by the Indian team before leaving for Manchester.

Arshdeep Singh is yet to make his Test debut. He has played 21 first-class matches in his career. The Indian fast bowler has taken 66 wickets in 37 innings of first-class cricket. Team India’s assistant coach Ryan ten Doisheete gave an update on Singh’s injury. He said that he was injured while trying to stop the ball.
