All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi has issued notification for Joint Eligibility Test (AIIMS NORCET 9) for Nursing Officer Recruitment. The online application process for this recruitment exam has started from 22nd July, which will continue till the last date, 11th August 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the form by visiting the official website of AIIMS aiimsexams.ac.in through online mode within the stipulated dates.

Who can participate in this recruitment?

To appear in this recruitment exam, the candidate must have passed B.Sc (Hons) Nursing or B.Sc.Sc Nursing from a recognized university/institute. Apart from this, candidates must be registered as nurses and midwives with the Nursing Council of India or the State. The candidate must have worked in a 50-bed hospital for 2 years.

Age Limit

For AIIMS NORCET Exam 2025, the minimum age of the candidate should not be more than 18 years, and the maximum age should not be more than 30 years. Candidates coming from reserved category will be given relaxation in upper age as per rules.

Application Process and Fee

To appear in this recruitment exam, application can be made only through the online medium; application forms will not be accepted in any other way. The application steps and fee are as follows-

To apply, first visit the official website aiimsexams.ac.in.

On the home page of the website, you have to click on Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET-9) in Important Announcements.

Now, on the new page, first you have to register by clicking on the new registration link.

After registration, the candidate should complete the application process through login.

Finally, deposit the prescribed application fee and take a printout of the filled form and keep it safe.

Along with filling the application form, General and OBC categories will have to deposit Rs 3000 as a fee. The application fee for SC, ST, and EWS category candidates is Rs 2400. Candidates of PWD category can apply for free to join it.

Exam will be held on this date.

AIIMS will conduct the NORCET 9 exam on 14 September. Candidates who will be successful in the prelim exam will have to appear in the main exam, which is proposed to be held on 27 September 2025.
