Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the calendar of new exam dates, which has increased the stir among the competitive students. While the date of 71st preliminary examination has been announced, the final result of 70th combined examination will now be released in November 2025.
Dates of teacher recruitment and other examinations announced
Information about many big recruitments has been given in the new exam dates. Especially the date of the third phase examination of BPSC teacher recruitment has now been fixed. Apart from this, 7279 subject wise teachers will be reinstated for TRE 3. This exam will be conducted in December 2025. TRE 2 exam is already scheduled to be held in August. Also, the counseling process for the appointment of 5534 new teachers under TRE 1.0 has started from July 28. In such a situation, those candidates who were involved in this recruitment process for a long time have got relief.
Suspense still on Librarian and TDRI 4
The new exam list does not include the exam date of TDRI 4 and Librarian Science. Due to this, the candidates waiting for these two recruitments are a little disappointed. The commission has not given any clear information about these examinations at the moment.
70th result in November, 71st preliminary examination on September 13
The result of the much-awaited 70th examination of BPSC will now come in November. This exam was held last year and now the candidates will have to wait more for the final result. At the same time, the date of 71st Combined Preliminary Examination has also been fixed. This exam will be conducted on 13 September 2025. It has been told by the commission that about 6,500 vacancies will be filled in it. In this, 4,500 posts will be reserved for 70th and 2,000 posts for 71st.
Competitors got relief
It is clear from this new calendar that BPSC is now preparing to speed up the pending examinations. However, there is still confusion on some recruitments, due to which the concerned candidates are disappointed.
