Boil water for health: Water is essential for our life, but sometimes it may contain harmful bacteria, viruses and parasites. These germs thrive due to water dirty, pipeline leakage, or unwavering storage. Drinking bacterial water increases the risk of diseases like diarrhea, typhoid, colla and food poisoning. Consuming such water for a long time can weaken the immunity of the body and can cause serious infections. Its effect in children, elderly and weak immunity can be even more dangerous. Therefore, drinking clean and safe water is very important to maintain health.

Drinking clean water is beneficial for our complete health. Pure water helps in removing toxins from the body and keeps the digestive system healthy. It keeps the skin hydrated and shiny and controls body temperature. Drinking clean water works properly and reduces the risk of problems like urinary infection. In addition, it maintains energy levels, which helps in everyday functioning. When the body gets waterless water, the immunity remains strong and prevents diseases. Therefore, one should always get used to drinking clean and safe water.

When the water is boiled for 1-3 minutes, most germs and viruses die, causing water to drink. However, it is not completely correct to say that all bacteria are completely eliminated by boiling. Some bacteria sporres and chemical pollutants do not withdraw from boiling. It is also necessary to store boiled water in a clean pot correctly, because if it is polluted again, its advantage ends. Therefore, along with boiling water, attention should also be paid to supply of water and cleaning of storage.

Keep these things in mind

Boil the water for at least 1-3 minutes.

Cover the boiled water and keep it in a clean pot.

Sieve the water before boiling so that the dirt is removed.

Where possible, filter the water and boil it again.

Clean the storage container from time to time.

Avoid drinking boiled water kept for a long time.

If the supply of water is very polluted, then adopt the proper filtration in addition to boiling.
