On February 14, 2024, AR Rahman announced this project with a video titled ‘Introducing the Secret Mountain.’ Offering a glimpse of what Rahman had in his mind, the video began with the audio and text - “Hey I’m Luna, let me tell you a story. Like most of us, I have been wandering the jungle instead of gratification, dooms of scrolling.”
The narrative follows Luna, a young woman who is taken to the magical land of Secret Mountain. There, she encounters a variety of musical characters hailing from diverse cultural backgrounds, each showcasing their unique musical styles.
AI is only for enhancement and not for the replacement of the human element
Though Rahman strongly believes that AI is the next big thing, he doesn’t think any less of human element, efforts, and emotions. On his website, he mentioned, “AI can be a starting point, but the human element, the emotional depth and creativity, remains irreplaceable.”
