Number 1- Very beneficial for eyesight

Dr. Alka says, Your feet are connected to 72,000 nerves and blood vessels of the body. In such a situation, massaging the feet not only relieves fatigue, but it is also beneficial for your eye health. Ayurveda says that there are some special points in the soles of the feet, which are directly related to the eyes. When we massage these points daily with oil like sesame or ghee with light hands, it reduces eye fatigue and thus improves eyesight and also provides relief from problems like irritation or dryness.

Number 2- Relaxing sleep 

If you do not sleep till late at night and due to this you feel tired or weak the next day, then foot massage can be a very easy and natural solution to this. Massaging the feet with oil calms the body and mind, relaxes the nerves, and reduces the level of stress. When both the body and mind are calm, sleep comes quickly. Also, this sleep is deep and relaxing.

How to do a massage?

  • For this, wash and clean your feet thoroughly and dry them every night before sleeping.
  • Now, you can use anything like sesame oil, coconut oil, or even cow ghee. 
  • With this, lightly massage the soles, heels, and toes for 5-10 minutes. 
  • Leave the oil on your feet overnight. 
  • In the morning, first wash your feet with lukewarm water and then take a bath.
  • By doing this regularly, you will start feeling the difference within a few days.
