So eat something first and then consume tea or coffee.

Do not eat heavy food one day before the fast

A day before the fast, some women overwings. That is, she eats too much food thinking a day before that you have to fast tomorrow. But doing so affects the digestive system. Also, the next day the body seems dull and tired. So eat light and digestible food and avoid overwriting.

Do not eat fried and beautiful things while opening the fast

Excessive consumption of sweet is also harmful

It is important to relax in fast

Even after fasting some women, they are busy in household chores all day. From cleaning to worship, the whole day passes. But if you are keeping Nirjala fast then the body needs rest. Excessive tired can cause weakness and dizziness.
