New Delhi: Flipkart has now confirmed the dates of its much-awaited Freedom Sale 2025. The Flipkart mobile app has indicated that the sale will begin on August 1, but the site says that the sale will begin on August 2. The difference in dates has led to a slight confusion; however, it has been accepted that the sale will commence early in August. Remarkably, Flipkart Plus and VIP members will have access to exclusive deals 24 hours prior to the sale being accessible to all users.

The e-commerce giant will provide bank offers and discounts on a huge range of products during the sale. It has also hinted at 78 Freedom Deals, exclusive Rush Hours, TikTok, and Bumper Hours. During the event, customers will find a good deal on any electronics, smartphones, home appliances, and personal care.

Early access for Plus and VIP members

Flipkart has already confirmed that Plus and VIP customers will be able to access the sale a day prior to normal customers. This early access has special discounts and product launches. Also, members of Plus get to use Super Coins to get 10 percent off on top of existing pricings, which is incremental.

Bank offers and discounts across categories

Flipkart is also providing an instant 15 percent discount during the Freedom Sale 2025 to users who pay using specific bank cards. Although it remains unknown what particular product-wise offers will be provided, the sale will include the most popular categories, including smartphones, laptops, televisions, fashion, beauty, and home appliances. There are also exchange offers and discounts that are time-bound.
