Tesco Clubcard holders have an opportunity to double their points. But they will need to act fast.

The supermarket giant is offering customers a £10 boost on their Clubcard when they swap at least £5 worth of points with one of the Days Out Reward Partners. Many favourite day out spots are included in the double points deal, such as Thorpe Park, Legoland, Pleasure Beach, and Alton Towers.

When you trade your points with an eligible Reward Partner, you'll receive 1,000 Clubcard points, equivalent to £10, by October 19. However, shoppers only have until the end of today (July 28) to take this offer before it expires.

How to exchange your Clubcard points

To exchange your points, simply log into your Clubcard account via the Tesco grocery and Clubcard app. The app will show you a list of eligible Reward Partners that can give you those bonus points.

Bear in mind, you can only claim the bonus once through an eligible exchange, even if you share a joint Clubcard account with family members. Also, the bonus points are solely available through Days Out Reward Partners, so entertainment partners like Disney+ are excluded.

It comes after Tesco revealed last week that Clubcard members will benefit from more tailored rewards on selected products in its stores. Under the new change, customers can receive personalised Clubcard points on fresh fruit and vegetables which will be turned into bonus points and vouchers that can be used in-store.

Additionally, Tesco has launched the Clubcard Challenges scheme, rewarding extra points for purchases of frozen fruits and vegetables, as well as pulses and beans. Ashwin Prasad, Tesco UK CEO, commented to say: "We understand that for many, there are barriers that make healthy eating feel hard.

"We want to help our customers make small changes that amount to big health benefits for themselves and their families. That's why we're setting out to make healthy choices easier every day, starting with new offers and support for families in store this summer.

"We're bringing customers new ways to earn Clubcard points and vouchers as a fun and engaging way to help them towards their five-a-day, on top of new and existing great value offers on healthy staples."
