What did you say on the film Adipurush?
In a special conversation, director Ashwin Kumar talked about Om Raut’s ‘Adipurush’, which the audience did not like much. Ashwin said, ‘It was an attempt that failed, that’s all I would say.’ When he was asked the reason for this, he told, ‘Because there is a lot of science in it, there is a lot of mathematics in it which is already present. So no comment. But I think what they were trying to do.
He further said, ‘I believe it was a good learning for the industry, people and even the producer. The good thing is that the people of this earth keep giving us a chance to tell the same story again and again, because these are eternal stories. So obviously, if that story did not succeed, if it is narrated correctly, then I think it can do wonders. Now these are the only expectations from ‘Ramayanam’.
What did you say on the film ‘Ramayanam’?
At the same time, Ashwin also expressed his opinion on the Machapted ‘Ramayanam’. Which is reportedly reported to have been built on a big budget of Rs 4,000 crore. He said, ‘This is fantastic. I also liked its teaser very much. I really pray and hope to bring a change in the industry by bringing a great film with such a large scale and such a big budget. ”
