UP TGT Recruitment 2025: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has started the process for applying for the Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) recruitment for the 2025 session. The last date to apply will be August 28, 2025. Online applications are open for interested candidates on the official website at uppsc.up.nic.in.

This recruitment drive seeks to hire a total of 7,466 positions in government secondary schools in Uttar Pradesh in different subjects and categories. Out of these, 4,860 posts are reserved for male candidates, 2,525 for female candidates, and 81 are backlog vacancies.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicants should have the following qualifications:

- A graduate degree in the concerned subject.

- A B.Ed. degree or an equivalent teacher training certification.

- Must have passed the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET).

Age Criteria

The candidates should be between 21 years old and 40 years as of July 1, 2025. Age relaxation provisions exist according to UPPSC rules for reserved categories.

Application Fee Structure

Application fee differs based on category and shall be paid online through debit/credit card, net banking, IMPS, mobile wallet, or cash cards:

- General/OBC/EWS: ₹125

- SC/ST: ₹65

- Ex-Servicemen: ₹65

- Persons with Disabilities (PH): ₹25
