SSC MTS Exam 2025: The correction window for the SSC MTS Exam 2025 was initially scheduled to open today, July 29, by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), allowing candidates to make edits to their already submitted application forms. However, according to the latest notification, the SSC MTS Application Edit Window dates have been revised. The correction window will now open on August 4 and close on August 6, 2025. Candidates can make necessary changes to their application forms by visiting ssc.gov.in.

For corrections, candidates need to pay a fee of Rs 200 for the first and Rs 500 for the second. These are the same fees for all classes and genders. Payments have to be done online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay).

Revised Vacancies for SSC MTS & Havaldar 2025

The SSC has announced a new list of tentative vacancies:

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 4,375 posts

Havaldar (CBIC & CBN): Raised from 1,075 to 1,089 posts

Exam Dates and Selection Process

The SSC MTS and Havaldar 2025 exam will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) between September 20 and October 24, 2025.

Selection Criteria:

For MTS: Single-stage CBT

For Havaldar: CBT followed by Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST)

The computer-based test will be available in Hindi, English, and 13 regional languages such as Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri (Meitei), Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
