Coronation Street actor Jack P Shepherd has officially bid farewell to the UK as he and his new wife, Hanni Treweek, jetted off to celebrate their recent nuptials. After getting married in a lavish ceremony on Saturday (July 26), the couple has embarked on their honeymoon, just days after the streets were lined with guests including their loved ones and beloved Corrie co-stars.

As their friends and family took their seats in the Manchester Cathedral, fans waited outside to get a glimpse of the happy couple. Jack made his grand entrance, arriving in a red Mustang and looking sharp in a white suit, sunglasses, and bowtie, accompanied by his son and best man, 11-year-old Reuben. With elation from those outside, Hanni later made her own arrival and looked a vision in her white gown. The off-the-shoulder dress has stunning lace detailing across the top of the bodice and down the long sleeves.

The following Monday (July 28), the new Mr and Mrs Shepherd jetted off to celebrate their new nuptials as Hanni gave her followers a sneak peek at their getaway.

Taking to her Instagram story, the 35-year-old posted a photo of their Jet2Holiday plane on the runway, captioned: "Some quality time with my husband."

Although she remained tight-lipped about their destination, Hanni tagged Jack in the photo, and he later shared a glimpse from an unknown location, showing off the scenic views they were enjoying.

The David Platt star uploaded a clip showing a rugged but picturesque coastline with waves crashing into the rocks. The couple was seemingly standing on a wooden bridge above the waters, taking in the breathtaking view. Jack said: " It's a Little choppy today. A few broken plates."

Jack's video then panned to Hanni, who looked windswept by the unexpected weather and as she took in the views, she echoed the actor's remarks and added: "A little bit too much chop."

The soap star then zoomed in on a cave and appeared to reference the film The Goonies as he said: "One-Eyed Willy's cave, where all the gold's kept."

The ITV star then showed a tower further down the coast and laughed: "That's my room up there. Where I'm staying."

At their wedding, Jack was joined by his mum, Janet Shepherd, as he made his entrance into the church, and many of Jack's Corrie co-stars played vital roles at his wedding, including Colson Smith and Ben Price, who were groomsmen on the big day.

Helen Worth was also in attendance, marking her first public appearance since her Christmas exit from the soap after starring as the beloved Gail Platt for 50 years.
