Step 3- After this you have to click on Forgot account details.

Step 4- As soon as you click on this, you will reach a new page. On this page you have to enter your IRCTC username or the email ID with which you have registered.

Step 5- Now enter the captcha code and click on the Next button.

Step 6- As soon as you do this, you will get OTP on the registered mobile number or email.

Step 7- After entering the OTP, enter the new password and enter a captcha code.

Step 8- After entering all the details, click on Update Password.

Step 9- After this you will be able to log in again by visiting the IRCTC website.
