THE BOYZ 's Hyunjae suffers a major injuryOn July 31, THE BOYZ’s management agency issued a statement sharing how Hyunjae had recently suffered from a partial ligament rupture, as per Soompi reports. They shared how the idol had sustained the injury during one of their recent live shows. After being taken to the hospital, the doctors shared how severe the situation had really been.
They also added, "In accordance with the doctor’s opinion, Hyunjae will remain seated in a chair while participating in the KBS2 'Music Bank' performance that is scheduled for tomorrow (August 1)".
They further explained that Hyunjae’s health will be their topmost priority. The agency also added in their statement how they will be accommodating the member for any further performances and future schedules for their comeback.
They ended their note by asking for the fans' consideration in the matter, and even issued an apology to everyone who had been looking forward to witnessing the group’s comeback for so long.
Other updates about THE BOYZThe group, earlier this month, officially revealed their lightstick design to fans! This would be the second version of their already existing lightstick, and as shared by the company, it will be available for purchase in August. They shared that offline sales for the lightstick will begin on August 8, and the online process will begin only a few days later, on August 11.
Other than this, the group made a banging comeback on July 28 with their 10th mini album, along with the title track ‘Stylish’, an upbeat and unique song to showcase the group’s style. This is also the group’s first comeback after their fellow member Ju Haknyeon was removed from the group for his alleged prostitution scandal.
