The problem of gas formation has become very common nowadays. Wrong diet, stress and busy lifestyle are the main reasons. Gas can be relieved by using acupressure technology. In this, blood circulation is promoted by putting pressure on certain points of the body and the muscles are relaxed.

Here three effective acupressure points are being reported, which can give immediate relief in gas and the pain caused by it.

1. Sp6 Point (Spleen 6) Location: This point is about 3 inches above your ankle and inside the calf.
How to press: Pour light pressure on this point with two fingers.
Massage by rotating roundly for 2-3 minutes.
Benefits: It reduces gas and abdominal pain by affecting the lower absolute organism and nervous system.

2. CV12 Point (Conception Vessel 12) Location: This point is located in the middle of the abdomen about 4 inches above your navel.
How to press: Pour light pressure from the fingers and massage it by rotating round.
Continue the process for 2-3 minutes.
Benefits: It helps in reducing gas and inflammation by relieving the stomach, bladder, and gall bladder.

3. COV6 Point (Conception Vessel 6) Location: This point is about 1.5 inches below your navel.
How to press: Put light pressure with two to three fingers.
Massage slowly for 2-3 minutes.
Do not put too much pressure as this area can be sensitive.
Benefits: It gives immediate relief in problems related to point gas and abdominal pain.

Precautions: Do not put too much pressure while massaging.
If the pain remains persistent or other serious symptoms, contact the doctor.
