Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha continue to be one of the most endearing celebrity couples, often winning hearts with their chemistry, public appearances, and candid interviews. The duo recently appeared on The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3, where they opened up about their first meeting, early conversations, and what Parineeti did immediately after their first date .
'I Googled his age, height, and if he was married'
Raghav Chadha, who featured on the latest episode alongside wife Parineeti, couldn’t help but laugh as he recalled her detective skills after their initial date.
“She often shares that after that meeting, she checked on Google what my age was and if I was married. She even googled what the duties of a Member of Parliament are,” Raghav revealed.
Adding her version, Parineeti confessed with a smile, “I also checked his height on Google. I like tall men, and he was perfect for me.”
From London to love: How it all started
The couple also opened up about how they first crossed paths. Their first meeting happened in London, during an award function where both were being felicitated.
“I was receiving an award for excellence in entertainment, and Raghav was getting one for excellence in governance and politics,” Parineeti said.

It was her younger brothers, big fans of the politician, who urged her to go say hello. “I greeted him at the event and suggested we meet again in Delhi,” she shared. Raghav followed up by inviting her for breakfast the very next day.
Things progressed quickly from there. “We had our roka ceremony after 3-4 months,” Parineeti said, smiling, “and then we got married.”

The couple tied the knot on September 24, 2023, in a dreamy ceremony held in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
During the same appearance, Raghav cheekily hinted at some “good news,” sparking speculation among fans about whether the couple might be expecting their first child.
