A 46 -year -old migrant laborer from Telangana died on a flight while returning to Hyderabad from Saudi Arabia. The accident occurred on Wednesday, August 6. The name of the deceased is being described as Shri Ramula Sridhar, who was a resident of Korutla town in Jagatyal district. He had been working in Damam (Saudi Arabia) for many years to help his wife and two daughters financially.

Sridhar caught a flight to Hyderabad on the night of 5 August. But around 1 o’clock in the night, he had trouble breathing and fainted. Seeing the seriousness of the situation, the crew declared a medical emergency on the flight and diverted the aircraft to Mumbai.

The medical team was already ready at Mumbai Airport. He was given CPR (heart massage) on a stretcher, but his condition did not improve and he was declared dead. In the video that went viral, a doctor can be seen trying to save them. The initial reason is believed to be a cardiac arrest (heart attack), but the official medical report is still awaited.

Let us tell you that one such incident took place in April, when 32 -year -old Indian migrant Beni died on a flight while going to Kochi from Kochi. That flight was also emergency diverted to Mumbai, but they could not be saved either.
