In a recent interview, Shanoo spoke about whether Ranveer's departure affected the YRF management or soured their relationship with the studio. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, Shanoo Sharma said that Ranveer Singh's departure did not affect the management much. She said, "His departure did not hurt anyone. He is moving on in his life. I wish him all the best. There must be a reason for his departure, the production house has no problem with his departure."
Ranveer left YRF's talent management firm
Shanoo Sharma further said that things work out like this and then fade away, and that is the cycle of their business. He clarified that there is no bitterness between the production house and Ranveer Singh. Shanoo further said, "He is also my best friend, so there is no problem on this front." Ranveer Singh left YRF's talent management firm in 2022 and joined Collective Artists Network, which also manages Deepika Padukone's account.
Talking about work, Ranveer Singh has appeared in many YRF films, including Band Baaja Baaraat, Ladies vs Ricky Bahl, Befikre and Jayeshbhai Jordaar. Recently, he appeared in Rohit Shetty's directorial film Singham Again, in which he had a special cameo. Ranveer Singh's next film is Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar.

Dhurandhar is a spy action thriller film, which will be released in theaters on December 5, 2025. Apart from Ranveer, the film also stars actors like Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, and Arjun Rampal. Sara Arjun will be seen as the lead actress of the film. Although the details of the story have not been revealed yet, it is expected that Ranveer Singh will play the role of an undercover spy in the film.
