Bigg Boss season 19 is all set to premiere on Colors TV on August 24, 2025. There have been reports about many TV, Bollywood celebrities, YouTubers and social media influencers being a part of it. Now, according to a report in Telly Chakkar, Elvish Yadav's College Mate and Pahalgam attack victim's wife, Himanshi Narwal, has been approached to be a part of the show.

A source told the portal, “Makers want to rope in a few people who would connect with the viewers instantly and thus there were discussions to get Himanshi Narwal on board for Bigg Boss 19. However, there’s no confirmation regarding the same.”

Himanshi's husband, Vinay Narwal, a Navy officer, was killed by the terrorists in Pahalgam, Kashmir, during the attack that took place on April 22, 2025. The picture of Himanshi sitting next to her husband and crying had gone viral on social media. The couple were on their Honeymoon in Kashmir and this incident happened.

Elvish Yadav On Himanshi Narwal

After the Pahalgam attack, Elvish, in one of his vlogs, revealed that Himanshi was his college mate. He had said, "I passed out in 2018 and since then we had not spoken at all. Gurgaon, Delhi, is my city. We used to enjoy so much… we used to go to the metro station together. I had her number, but I did not call her because it is not possible for anyone to pick up your phone at that time and tell you."

Bigg Boss 19 Contestants

According to reports, Shailesh Lodha, Gurucharan Singh, Munmun Dutta, Lataa Saberwal, Faisal Shaikh aka Mr. Faisu, Jannat Zubair, Purav Jha, Apoorva Mukhija, and others have been approached for Bigg Boss 19. However, there's no confirmation about it.

Earlier, there were reports that this year in Bigg Boss we won't get to see YouTubers and influencers, but it looks like the reports have turned out to be false.
