Wednesday season two could see Tyler Galpin with a new master and it may be someone that no one's suspected.

Netflix fans were gobsmacked when it came out that Tyler Galpin (played by Hunter Doohan) was The Hyde terrorising Nevermore Academy in the first season three years ago.

Fast-forward to Wednesday series two and after he was released from Willow Hill by his former master Laurel Gates (Christina Ricci) and fatally stabbed her, Tyler is now running free. However, with Laurel dead, it is unclear who will take her place in becoming his next master, although some fans believe they have worked it out.

As Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) busies herself with investigating the murderous crows, class mate Bianca Barclay (Joy Sunday) is helping her mum Gabrielle (Gracy Goldman) stay out of prison.

She had been living with the cult Morning Song after marrying its leader Gideon, using her siren powers to scam people out of money but the FBI was now after the group.

To protect her mum, Bianca hid Gabrielle in a hotel, and although she was later caught by the police, the former convinced them to let her go and ran off.

Bianca, Gabrielle and Ajax (Georgie Farmer) were then sneaking around Nevermore as they tried to find a place for her to hide in the meantime.

Wednesday season two is only half-way through and as of yet, Gabrielle's storyline doesn't have anything to do with what's going on in the rest of the Netflix hit.

But could Gabrielle be weaved into a more prominent role in the next part, as Tyler's new master?

Not only is she a siren so she is more able to convince others to do her bidding, Gabrielle has just come from a scamming cult so her morals aren't exactly kosher.

On the other hand, some fans are theorising that it could be Bianca herself who becomes Tyler's master.

She also has siren powers which she previously used to make Tyler fall asleep during the season one finale so has been able to control him in the past.

Taking on Reddit, someone wrote: "We know from the description of The Hyde that they get a master via hypnosis, or chemical induction.

"Thornhill used chemicals to break him into being her slave, but the only person in the show to ever hypnotise him was Bianca when she put him to sleep in the opening of episode eight."

However, others think that Wednesday herself could be the next in line to control Tyler but given his hatred for her, this won't be no easy feat.

Wednesday season two part two premieres on Wednesday, September 3, on Netflix.
