Janmashtami Special Trains: On the occasion of Janmashtami, the Railways has run special trains from Kota for Mathura and Delhi for Khatushyamji. The Kota-Mathura train will run from 15 to 17 August, while the Delhi-Regus train will serve from 14 to 16 August.

Special Trains for Mathura on Janmashtami: As soon as the festival of Shri Krishna Janmashtami comes close, there is a lot of enthusiasm among devotees across the country. This time Janmashtami will be celebrated on August 16, and before that thousands of devotees are planning to visit major religious places like Mathura and Khatushyamji. In view of the increasing number of passengers, Indian Railways has arranged special trains, so that devotees can reach their destination easily.

Special train from Kota for Mathura

According to railway officials, a special train will be run from Kota for devotees going to Mathura. This train will run daily from August 15 to 17. The train will leave from Kota at 8:45 am and reach Mathura at 2:10 pm. In return, he will depart from Mathura at 4:15 pm and reach Kota at 9:10 pm. This facility is special for those travelers who want to offer special worship at the Krishna birthplace on the day of Janmashtami.

Special service from Delhi to Ringas (Khatushyamji)

  • A special train has also been arranged from Delhi to visit the Khatushyamji temple. The train will run from Delhi from 14 to 16 August, while service will be available from Ringus to Delhi from August 15 to 17.
  • The train running from Delhi will depart at 8:40 pm and reach Ringas at 4:30 am the next day.
  • At the same time, the train from Ringus to Delhi will run at 5:05 am and reach Delhi at 1:45 pm. The route will go to Delhi Cantt and Sarai Rohilla via Sikar, Nawalgarh, Jhunjhunu, Chidawa, Loharu, Mahendragarh, Rewari, Pataudi Road and Gurugram.
  • Railways informed that adequate coaches have been provided in these trains and additional coaches will also be added to the crowd in view of the crowd.
  • Passengers have been appealed to book their tickets in advance so that there is no inconvenience at the last moment.
