Sudha brand has reached America and Canada, coming out of the country’s borders

Soon, preparations are going on to send Sudha products in the Middle East countries and Singapore too

Bihar News: The pride of Bihar ‘Sudha’ is now on the way to make a global identity. The brand of Comfed (Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation) has not only made its own to various states of the country, but has also started supplying its products in developed countries like America and Canada. Its products are also being liked in both these countries. Comfed is now preparing to send Sudha products to the Middle East countries and Singapore as well.

Comfed exported Sudha Ghee (1, 5 and 10 kg Pack), Makhana (250 grams pack) and Gulab Jamun (1 kg pack) in March in March, where their demand has been observed. Encouraged by this success, Comfed has planned to enter markets like UAE, Saudi Arabia and Singapore. Dairy plants at Nalanda and Barauni have been upgraded to international standards to meet the needs of the global market. For this, the purity of products is being ensured by following ISO, FSSAI, BIS and CAS standards. Special attention will also be paid to social media and digital marketing for branding abroad in the coming days.

There is also a demand in metros

Comfed has started its products supply in Bihar as well as Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Delhi-NCR and North Eastern states as part of its expansion strategy. The demand for Sudha milk and its products in metros like Kolkata and Delhi is continuously increasing. Comfed is also trying to register its presence in the markets of other states of the country. Soon Sudha products will start getting in other states.

Collection of 23 lakh liters of milk per day

Comfed is today collecting 23 lakh liters of milk per day by connecting more than 14 lakh farmers and has joined the country’s leading dairy organizations with a processing capacity of 54.5 lakh liters per day. Comfed trades 2 million liters of milk and milk products per day, including products like 17 lakh liters of liquid milk and 3 lakh liters of curd, cheese, sweets. The Comfed aims to bring daily milk collection to 30 lakh liters by 2025.

Experts in the dairy industry believe that this visit of Sudha is an example of cooperatives and local entrepreneurship. The journey started from the villages of Bihar has reached America today. The resolve to give fair price to farmers and pure products to consumers has given comfed recognition at the national and international level. The path ahead looks even more bright.
